Payment Methods
The Brick Merchant accepts the following forms of payment.
BACS
Bacs payments can be completed by calling customer services on 0871 218 1965
All details are checked and any fraudulent behaviour will be immediately reported.
Credit/Debit Cards**
Credit/debit card payments can be completed online or by calling customer services. The account name that will debit your card is The Brick Merchant. Please be aware that there is a surcharge of 2.5% for using credit cards. In the event of an unwarranted chargeback, we will debit at additional 10.9% of the invoice value to the card to cover admin fees.
** We may require photo identification for all credit/debit card payments to prevent fraudulent transactions. Acceptable forms of identification are photo card driving licence or passport.
If you do not have either of these available please contact us on 0871 218 1965 or we may refuse your order.
Please Note:
Goods will only be sent on receipt of cleared funds and identification. Credit cards can take upto 4 working days to clear. We can arrange a collection service, but payment must be either cash or debit card prior to the goods being released.
All orders will be confirmed to a landline number, we will never despatch an order with only a mobile number as a reference.
No deliveries will be made to or signed for by a third party.
All deliveries must be signed for by the cardholder before being released.
Once the order is accepted, we will not be able to change the delivery address. Any and all cancellations will incur a restocking fee of no more than 25% and haulage charges cannot be refunded.
We highly recommend that a site survey is carried out or samples are ordered prior to placing an order. In the event that the bricks ordered do not meet your requirements, we cannot accept liability or have the items returned for credit or replacement where the customer declined a site survey or samples. In the event an order is cancelled or refused on site, we reserve the right to refund the order minus any and all haulage charges and a 33% restocking fee.
